Last Will and Testament of Anna C. Eilermann

I Anna C. EILERMANN of Aviston in the County of Clinton and State of Illinois declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I give and devise to my husband Bernard EILERMANN, his heirs and assigns, all my estate, right, title and interest in and to the South Half of North East g of Northwest g of section Twenty one (21) Township one (1) North of Range Four (4) West of the third principal Meredian also the North west quarter of south west quarter of section Thirty two (32) Township Two (2) North of Range Four (4) west of 3rd principal Meredian all in Clinton County and State of Illinois together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the premises above described to the said Bernard Eilermann his Heirs and assigns forever. 

Second I hereby appoint my said Husband Bernard Eilermann sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and it is my Will that it shall not be obligatory for him to give Bond.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seal, this eighteenth day of September A.D. One Thousand eight Hundred and seventy eight.

Signed sealed and published as her last Will and testament by her the said Anna C. Eilermann in presence of us, declaring it to be her last Will, and as Witnesses thereof we have in her presence and the presence of each other, subscribed our names thereto.

Personally appeared, in open court, Anton Eilermann and Bernard Polker subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna C. Eilermann late of Aviston Clinton County, deceased, who being duly sworn, according to law, do depose and say, each for himself that the foregoing is the last Will and Testament of the said Anna C. Eilermann deceased; that they subscribed their names thereto as attesting witnesses at the request of the said Testator and in her presence and in the presence of each other, on the 18th day of September A.D. 1878.  That she then and there subscribed her name thereto in their presence and declared the same to be her last Will and Testament; and that the said Testator, at the time of executing the same as aforesaid was of full age, of sound mind and memory and under no constraint.
