Clinton County} In the name of God Amen
I Jacob DOLESE of Memphis in the County of Clinton and State of Illinois of the age of seventy four years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say
I give and bequeath to my daughter Ana Mary MOLTER and my son Michal DOLESE each one thired of my real Estate and Theodor DOLESE and Nikolaus DOLESE my two grand sons one thired of my real estate to be devided equally between them share and share alike. Situate between to wit the south west quarter of the South east quarter of section No five. Also the North West quarter of the North east quarter of section No eight (8). Also Lot No two in section sixteen being the North west quarter of the North east quarter also part of lot No Seven in section sixteen being being the west half of the south half west fractional quarter of the east quarter containing six acres more or less all of said Land being in Township No one south range five west of the thired principal Meridian to have and to hold the promises above described to the said partys for ever also one third of wheat oats and corn growing on said lands in the year of 1866 to be devided equally to said partys. There is also Fourteen hundred dollars debt on said Land one Mortgage which the said partys must pay each his equal share.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date hereof signed sealed published and declared by the said Jacob Dolese as and for his Last will and testament in presence of us who at his request and his presence and in the presence of each other have Subscribed our names as witness thereto.

In Probate April Term A.D. 1866.
Personally Appeared in open Court Henry Weber & Christian Reichhardt subscribing witness to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jacob Dolese late of Clinton County deceased who being duly sworn according to law do depose and say each for himself, that the foregoing is the Last Will and Testament of the said Jacob Dolese deceased, that they subscribed there names thereto as the attesting witness at the request of the said Testator, and in his presence, and in the presence of each on the 5th day of April A.D. 1866. That he then and there subscribed his name thereto in there presence, and declared the same to be his Last Will and Testament, and that the said Testator at the time of executing the same as aforesaid was of full age of sound mind and memory, and under no constraint.
