Last Will and Testament
In The Name of God. Amen.
I, Isaac ORRELL, of the county of Clinton and State of Illinois of the age of Sixty years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say:
First, I do hereby give and bequeath to my wife Mary Orrell all my Real Estate described as follows. The East half of the North East quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) in Township one North Range five West containing Eighty acres. Also the South West quarter of the North west quarter of Section four (4) in Township one South Range five west containing thirty eight acres and ninety six hundredths of an acres. The Twenty two acres on the east side of the North East Fraction quarter of Section Fifteen Lying west of Kaskaskia River Township one South Range five west containing Twenty two acres more or less also Lots No. Ten (10) and Eleven (11) on Block No. five (5) in the Town of Memphis in the county of Clinton and State of Illinois and Second
I also give and bequeath to my Wife Mary Orrell all my Personal property provided that all my _____are paid out of said real and personal property.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of March A.D.1871.

I hereby appoint my wife Mary Orrell and Esury Orrell my son sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date hereof signed sealed published and declared by the said Isaac Orrell as and for his Last Will and Testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto.
