Wilhelmina Eversgerd, 84

Rev. Dan Friedman officiated at funeral services on Saturday, April 5th, at 10 a.m. in St. Francis Church in Aviston for Mrs. Floyd (Wilhelmina A.) Eversgerd. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Eversgerd died at St. Mary's Health Center in Clayton, Mo., on April 1st, 1997. She was 84 years old.

Born on July 26th, 1912, in Breese, she was a daughter of William and Cecelia Alberternst Richter. On Nov. 19th, 1941, in Breese, she married Floyd H. Eversgerd, and he survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Vernon Eversgerd of Highland, Julius Eversgerd of O'Fallon, and Marvin Eversgerd of Breese; one daughter, Mrs. Fran Gilmer of Belleville; 14 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; one brother, Robert Richter of Breese; and one sister, Leona Richter of Breese.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Anthony Richter and Elizabeth Peters.

Mrs. Eversgerd was a member of St. Francis Church and altar sodality of the church.

The Brefeld Funeral Home in Aviston was in charge of arrangements.
