Michaela Rose Kampwerth died at birth on Friday, May 12, 2000, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.

Survivors include her parents, Michael Allen and Kelly Marion (Rakers) Kampwerth of Aviston; a sister, Maisie Kampwerth of Aviston; grandparents, Don and Ruth Mary Rakers of Aviston and Jim and Elaine Kampwerth of Carlyle; great-grandparents, Otto and Marie Schulte and Leona Rakers of Aviston and Antoinette Holthaus of Beckemeyer; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Tony Rakers, Frank Holthaus and Herman and Wilhelmina Kampwerth.

A private funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 15, at Brefeld Funeral Home in Aviston with Deacon Gerald Stockmann presiding. Interment was in St. Francis Cemetery, Aviston.
