Donald R. Davis, 74, of Trenton died Friday, Feb. 6th, 2004, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville.

He was born on September 18th, 1929, in Trenton, the son of Leo and Irene Pelsue Davis, and they preceded him in death. On Oct. 20th, 1951, at First United Methodist Church in Trenton, he married Patricia Harpstrite, and she survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Donna Schuette of Trenton, and five grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Davis, three brothers, Harold, James and Allan Davis.

Mr. Davis was a member of Grace Community Baptist Church in Trenton, Trenton American Legion Post 778 and Trenton VFW Post 7983.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Feb. 9th, at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Baptist Church, with Rev. Bob Marsh and Rev. Bobby Neighbors officiating.

Interment was in Trenton Cemetery.

Visitation was at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.
