Hal L. Gray, 52

Hal L. Gray, 52, of Trenton died Saturday, April 17th, 2004, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.

He was born on July 16th, 1951, in Belleville, the son of Merril and Elenore Meyer Gray, and they preceded him in death. He married Lenore Ranz on July 7th, 1984, in Trenton, and she survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Philip, Justin and Jonathan Gray, all of Trenton; a step-mother, Mary Jane Gray of Springfield; three brothers, Gale Kinder of Belleville, Eddie Pelser of Jacksonville, N.C., and Kurt Weyenberg of Centralia, and two sisters Wanda Probst of Albert Lea, Minn., and Debbie Monkman of Springfield.

Mr. Gray was a clerk for Home Depot in O’Fallon. He was a 1969 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 1974 graduate of McKendree College. He was a member of Grace Community Baptist Church.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, April 20th, at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, with pastors Bob March and Bob Neighbors officiating.

Interment was in Trenton Cemetery.

Visitation was at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.
