Judy Moss, 62

Judy Moss, 62, of Trenton died April 16th, 2004, at Highland Healthcare Center.

She was born on June 30th, 1941, in Trenton, the daughter of Joseph and Wilhelmina Overberg Drees, and they preceded her in death. On November 28th, 1959, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton, she married Wilmer Moss, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 27th, 1993.

Surviving are three daughters, Trina Stempel and Christine Krausz, both of New Baden, and Michelle Missey of Summerfield; five sons, Dale Moss of Centralia, Dennis Moss of Aviston, Joseph, Jim and Michael Moss, all of Trenton; 12 grandchildren, and a sister, Ruth Lenzini of Los Angeles, Calif.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Moss; a grandson; three brothers, Andrew “Red” Drees, Joseph “Whitey” Drees and Paul Drees, and a sister, Dolores “Tootsie” Draper.

Mrs. Moss was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton and Trenton VFW Post 7983 Auxiliary.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, April 19th, at 11 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton, with Rev. Gretchen Sterrett officiating.

Interment was in St. Mary Cemetery.
