Robert T. Reilmann, 94

Robert T. “Bob” Reilmann, 94, of Germantown died Thursday, Oct. 28th, 2004, at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese.

He was born Nov. 29th, 1909, in Breese, the son of Henry and Cecilia Deien Reilmann, and they preceded him in death. On Jan. 11th, 1933, he married Sophia Leonard, and she preceded him in death Dec. 6th, 1998.

Surviving is a son, Leonard Reilmann of Belleville; four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Leodis Ratermann.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Benton; three brothers, Vic, Romanus and Bernard Reilmann; a sister, Luella Willi; and a granddaughter, Rachel Erickson.

He was a retired yard clerk from Monsanto Chemical in Sauget. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Mascoutah Moose Lodge 815 and was a charter member and president of Germantown Senior Citizens.

A funeral mass was held Saturday, Oct. 30th, at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown, with Father Stephen Humphrey officiating.

Burial was in St. Boniface Cemetery.

Visitation was at Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.
