NETEMEYER, Rita L (KUES)

Rita L. NETEMEYER, 73, of Albers, Ill., born Nov 4, 1921, in Albers, Ill., died on Friday, Nov. 11, 1994, at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese, Ill.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Bernard Parish and the Ladies Sodality.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin G. Netemeyer, whom she married Sept 5, 1945; son, Joseph Netemeyer; parents, John and Margaret, nee ZURLIENE, KUES; brother, Theodore "Dick" Kues; and sister, Teresa STEPHENS.

Surviving are four sons; Tom (Barbara) Netemeyer, of Mason City, Iowa, Donald (Shirley) Netemeyer, of Damiansville, Ill., Dan (Debbie) Netemeyer, of Sturgeon, Mo., and Kenneth Netemeyer, of Albers, Ill.; three daughters, Margaret (Leonard) COCKERILL, of San Antonio, Texas, Barbara (Mark) HOLLENKAMP of Brandon, Fla., and Sharon (Jerry) LAMPE of Aviston, Ill.; two brothers, Richard Kues of New Baden, Ill., Oscar Kues of San Antonio, Texas; five sisters, Marcella HAUKAP of Aviston, Ill., Frances SCHALLER of St. Louis, Mo., Catherine BUSSEN of St. Louis, Mo., Genevieve MARKUS, of Aviston, Ill., and Helen BUSSEN of Ogden, Utah; and 17 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Bernard Church in Albers, Ill., with the Rev. Leo Reinhardt and the Rev. Robert Bussen officiating. Burial will be at St. Bernard Cemetery, Albers, Ill.

Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13 and Monday 8-9:30 a.m. at Hempen Funeral Home in Albers, Ill.

A prayer service will be held Sunday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the church.
