Clifford ROECKEMAN

The funeral of Hoffman resident Clifford C. Roeckeman, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday July 7 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoffman, Rev. Keith WACHER will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Roeckman died Sunday July 2,1995 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese. He was 79 years old.

Born in St. Louis on Dec. 9, 1915, he was the son of Oscar and Bertha SCHNITZMEYER Roeckeman. On May 1,1948 he married Gertrude HOLLE and she survives.

Additional survivors include two sons, James of Carlyle and John of Urbana; two grandchildren; one brother Gus Roeckeman of Centralia and four sisters, Mrs. Lorraine HEXTER and Grace Roeckeman both of Centralia, Mrs. Betty KURTZ of El Paso Tex, and Mrs. June KRAUSE of Houston.

Mr. Roeckeman was a retired carpenter. He was an elder and Sunday School teacher and sang in the choir of Trinity Lutheran Church. He also was a member of the Lutheran Layman's League.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday July 6 at the Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia and fro 9 a. m. Friday at the church.
