Albert Cole, 76

Albert A. Cole, 76, of Patoka, died Saturday, Jan. 20th, 2001, at his home.

Born in Keyesport on April 5th, 1924, he was a son of Edward and Anna McGath Cole. On May 21st, 1955, in Madison, he married Emagean Shepard and she survives.

Two sons, David Cole of Ft. Meyer, Fla., and Jeff Cole of Sandoval; one daughter, Brenda Leidner of Vernon; one step-son, Charles "Buddy" Leidner of Mulberry Grove; five grancdhildren, four step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren and one sister, Edith Linton of Keyesport, survive.

Mr. Cole was a truck driver. He was currently employed at Sandoval High School.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Day Funeral Home in Sandoval, with Rev. Lowell Fogler officiating. Burial will follow in Pratt cemetery.
