Norman Kollmann, 63

Trenton resident Norman H. Kollmann died at his home on Monday, Dec. 27th, 1999, at the age of 63 years.

Born in Damiansville on March 19th, 1936, he was a son of Joseph and Anna Wiegmann Kollmann. On Nov. 22nd, 1961, in Aviston, he married Teresa Thole and she survives.

Additional survivors include his father of New Baden; four sons, Michael Kollmann of Albers, Mark Kollmann and Charles Kollmann, both of Trenton and Jeffrey Kollmann of Freeburg; two daughters, Mrs. Linda Wobbe and Mrs. Nancy Innes, both of Damiansville; six grandchildren; one brother, Steven Kollmann of New Baden and four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Thoele of New Baden, Mrs. Mary Black and Mrs. Susan Drees, both of Trenton and Mrs. Elaine Huegen of Albers. Two step-mothers, Bernadine Schomacker Kollmann and Lucille Schomacker Kollmann, preceded him in death.

Mr. Kollmann was a grain operator for Trenton Coop Equity Exchange. He was a member of the New Baden American Legion. He also was a member of St. Mary's Church in Trenton where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 30th. Rev. James Dougherty will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton from 4 to 9 p.m. today.
