Sylvester Kachuba, 64
Sylvester Kachuba, 64, of rural Nashville, died Tuesday, May 11th, 1999, from injuries received in a farming accident near Addieville.
A son of Frank and Rose Schblewski Kachuba, he was born in Centralia on Oct. 13th, 1934. On July 18th, 1953, in Radom, he married Delores Barczewski, and she survives.
Additional survivors include five sons, Clarence Kachuba of Carlyle, Sylvester Kachuba, Jr., of Irvington, Gary Kachuba of Ashley, Fred Kachuba of Addieville and Robert Kachuba of Nashville; seven daughters, Mrs. Connie Zapp of New Minden, Mrs. Patricia Boester and Stephanie Kachuba, both of Hoyleton, Mrs. Debra Barger of Hoffman, Mrs. Sandy Suchomski of Pinckneyville, Mrs. Michelle Blumhorst and Barbara Kachuba, both of Nashville; 24 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and one sister, Frances Nalewajki of Phoenix.
A brother, Waiter Kachuba and two sisters, Agnes Paszkiewicz and Stella Stanowski, preceded him in death.
