Margaret Hemminghaus, 94

Rural Shattuc resident Mrs. Margaret R. Hemminghaus died at Centralia Manor Health Care Center on Friday, Jan. 9th, 1998, at the age of 94 years.

Mrs. Hemminghaus was a daughter of George and Emma Keister Otterbach. On Aug. 26th, 1930, in Centralia, She married August H. Hemminghaus. He died May 20th, 1985.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Wollenweber and Mrs. JoAnn Knolhoff, both of rural Shattuc; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister, Emma Hanseman.

Mrs. Hemminghaus was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Carlyle. Rev. Loy officiated at services held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan 12th, at the Day Funeral Home in Sandoval. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia.
