H. Earl Heinrich, 80

Funeral services for H. Earl Heinrich, 80, of Shattuc, were held Sunday, Sept. 26th, at 2 p.m. at the Shattuc United Methodist Church with Rev. Harold Quick officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial cemetery in Centralia. Mr. Heinrich died Sept. 22nd, 1999, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centra1ia.

Born in Shattuc on June 28th, 1919, he was a son of Albert H. and Minnie Meredith Heinrich. On Oct. 10th, 1942, in Shattuc, he married Frances H. Keister. She died July 6th, 1999.

Two sons, Kenneth and James Heinrich, both of Denver, Colo. and two grandchildren survive. A sister, Hazel Marie Heinrich, died in 1948.

Mr. Heinrich resided in Massapequa, New York, for 50 years before returning to Shattuc in 1995. He was a pilot for Trans World Airlines from 1944 until 1983 and was a member of Trans World Airlines Pilot Association, where he held many administrative positions. He had been a flight instructor in World War II. He was a member of the Nassau Trap Club in New York and competed and won many trap shoots in New York and in Illinois. He was a former member of the Bethpage United Methodist Church in New York. He also was a member of the Madonna Club of St. Mary I s Hospital, Sandoval Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite Consistery and the Shrine.
