George Timmermann, 58

Fifty-eight-year-old Trenton resident George H. Timmermann died at his home on Saturday, Sept. 30, 1995.

A son of George and Catherine Wellen Timmermann, he was born in Aviston on Sept. 16, 1937. On July 20, 1957, in Tupelo, Miss., he married Marilyn Bauer, and she survives.

In addition to his widow, survivors include two sons, Richard Timmermann of Highland and George Timmermann of Breese; one daughter, Mrs. Janet Deitman of Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren; four brothers, Paul Timmermann of Trenton, Walter Timmermann of Calabash, N. C., David Timmermann of Germantown, and Raymond Timmermann of Columbia, Md.; and five sisters, Mrs. Marie Povolish of Nashville, Mrs. Esther Brady of Ottawa, Kan., Mrs. Catherine Siegman of Aviston, Mrs. Delores Glover of Napa, Calif., and Mrs. Edna Banco of Great Falls, Mont.

Mr. Timmermann retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 20 years. He had been employed as a meat cutter at Scott Air Force Base. He was a member of the Trenton VFW.

Chaplain Kent Bryant officiated at services today (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. Burial followed in Jefferson Barracks cemetery.
