Virgil Justice, a son of J. J. Justice, met with an accident last Saturday, as he was driving home from Carlyle. He fell off of his wagon, just in front of the wheel, which passed over him, inflicting injuries of which he died on Monday. His place of residence was 6 or 8 miles south west of here.
