John Fitch died suddenly in his chair, at A. Hubert's bar-room in this city, last Saturday night. He passed away without a struggle, and his death was not discovered until the proprietor of the house attempted to waken him, to send him to bed. A coroner's jury was called Sunday morning, and after investigating the case, returned a verdict of "death by apoplexy, while under the influence of liquor."
