Erna LeMarr
SANDOVAL – Erna A. LeMarr 86, of Fireside, formerly of Shattuc, died yesterday at 4:50 p.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia after an extended illness.
She was born in DuBois, the daughter of Fred and Adelia (Ritzen) Behren. She married Clinton LeMarr Feb. 18, 1958, and he preceded her in death in 1974.
Survivors include a stepson, Elmer LeMarr of Salt Lake City, Utah; one niece and six nephews; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was homemaker and housekeeper. She had lived in the Shattuc area since 1920.
Funeral services have been scheduled for Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Cox, Martin & Day Funeral Home in Sandoval, with Rev. John DeJarnett officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery in DuBois.
Friends may call tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until the time of services at the funeral home.

Former Shattuc resident Erna A. LeMarr, 85, died Saturday, May 4th, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
Mrs. LeMarr was born in DuBois in 1899, a daughter of Fred and Adelia Ritzen Behren. She married Clinton LeMarr Feb. 18, 1958, and he preceded her in death in 1974.
She is survived by one stepson, Elmer LeMarr of Salt Lake City, Utah; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. LeMarr had lived in the Shattuc area since 1920 and only recently moved to the Fireside Nursing Home in Centralia.
Her funeral was held on Tuesday, May 7th at 1:00 p.m. at the Cox, Martin & Day Funeral Home in Sandoval. Rev. Don DeJarnett officiated with burial in the Chapel Hill cemetery in DuBois.
Note: Regina tells us Erna was never in the Fireside Nursing Home as stated in these obituaries. She was in the Friendship House which was next door to it.
