Mrs. Theresa Joan Campbell of Dracut, Mass., died Sunday, Oct. 4th, 1998, at the age of 65 years.

Born in Breese on Oct. 8th, 1932, she was a daughter of Dr. J.O. and Josephine Klutho Head.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph and Mark; two daughters, Joan and Mary; one brother, Victor O. Head of Carlyle and a sister, Mrs. Mary Frances Harpin of Massachusetts. She was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Head.
