Rosalee Bryan, 68

Mrs. Rosalee Bryan, 68, of Sandoval, sister of Mrs. Dorothy Johnson of Carlyle, died Friday, Sept. 29, 1995, at her home.

A daughter of Walter and Ora Black Rippy, she was born in Odin on June 7, 1927. On Jan. 22, 1944, in Salem, she married Lewis "Boog" Bryan. He died July 18, 1994. Survivors include two sons, Bill Bryan of Sandoval and Rick Bryan of St. Charles, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs. Becky Jett of Sandoval, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Johnson of Carlyle and Mrs. Ruth Carter of Sandoval.

Mrs. Bryan had been employed for 22 years by the Brown Shoe Co. in Salem and also by the Dress Factory in Sandoval. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and Helping Hands of the church.

Rev. Greg Williams and Dr. George Ross officiated at services held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, at the Day Funeral Home in Sandoval.
