The funeral of Mrs. Lillian M. Niebur of Breese was held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11th, at St. Dominic's Church in Breese with Rev. Pat Peter officiating. Burial followed in St. Augustine-St. Dominic cemetery in Breese.

Mrs. Niebur died at Countryside Manor Nursing Home in Aviston on Sept. 5th, 2000. She was 93 years old.

Born in Breese on April 11th, 1907, Mrs. Niebur was a daughter of William and Mary Heinzmann Wienker. On Dec. 29th, 1927, in Breese, she married George Niebur. He died Nov. 12th, 1978.

One son, Virgil Niebur of Breese; two daughters, Mrs. Julia Maue of Breese and Mrs. Rita Feldmann of Damiansville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, survive.

Preceding her in death were two brothers, Dilbert and Clarence Wienker.
