irgil Huelsmann, retired tuckpointer and co-owner of Huelsmann and Wieter Contractors, died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese on Friday, April 26th, 2002, at the age of 67 years.

A son of Frank and Frances Holtgrave Huelsmann, he was born in Breese on April 13th, 1935. On Aug. 18th, 1972, in Carlyle, he married Mary Ellen Trame, and she survives.

Other survivors include six sons, Michael Huelsmann of Murphysboro, Mark Huelsmann of Granite City, Ron Netemeyer of Dulton, Ga., Jim Netemeyer of Yakima, Wash., Bryan Netemeyer of Albers and Scott Huelsmann of Breese and two daughters, Mrs. Debbie Becker of Bartelso and Mrs. Kim Williams of Jacksonville, N.C.; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Huelsmann of Breese and Charles Huelsmann of Omaha, Neb.; and two sisters, Mrs. Phyllis Hostmeyer of Carlyle and Mrs. Joanna Roetering of Alexandria, Minn.

Mr. Huelsmann was a life member of the Carlyle VFW, member of Beckemeyer American Legion, Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Clinton County Farm Bureau.

He also was a member of St. Dominic's Church in Breese where Rev. Patrick Peter officiated at services held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 30th.

Visitation was at Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
