SCOTT, Grace Naomi (CALDWELL)

Carlyle - Grace Naomi SCOTT, 94, of Carlyle, died yesterday at her residence.

Born in Wayne County, Mrs. Scott was the daughter of John and Mary (EMMONS) CALDWELL. She married David Scott in 1914 at Washington, Ind., and he preceded her in death in 1968.

Mrs. Scott moved to Carlyle from Flora in 1926. She was a member of the American Legion Post 404 Auxiliary, the Neighbors of America, the Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, a member and past president of the Carlyle Women's Club and a member of the Carlyle Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Ralph C. Scott of Carlyle, two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Zieren-Day Funeral Home at Carlyle with Rev. Alan Kiffner officiating. Burial will be at Carlyle Cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday until the time of services.

Memorials may be made to the Christian Church Building Fund and these memorials will be accepted at the funeral home.
