Paul A. Wiebler, 80

Paul A. Wiebler, 80, of Huey died Wednesday, Nov. 26th, 2003, at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese.

Mr. Wiebler was born on Jan. 8th, 1923, in Germantown, the son of William and Pauline Wildhaber Wiebler. On . Jan. 11th,, 1945, in Carlyle, he marred Evelyn Erlinger, and she survives.

Other survivors include a son, Michael Wiebler of Huey; two daughters, Mary Sue Beckmeier of Vernon and Vera Finley of Huey; five grandchildren; two brothers, Rich Wiebler of Carlyle and Jimmy Wiebler of Olney; and a sister, Ann Lilly of Carlyle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight children, Paul, Joyce, Paula Ann, and Carolyn Marie Wiebler, Patricia May Garman, and three in infancy; three brothers, Bill, Herman and Gregory; and a sister, Elise Mueller.

Mr. Wiebler worked for the Penn Central/Conrail Railroad and retired as a track inspector after 42 years with the railroad.

He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Carlyle, where a Mass of Resurrection was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29th, with The Rev. George Mauck officiating.

Interment followed in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visitation was at Zieren Day Funeral Home in Carlyle.
