The funeral of Aloys F. Litteken, 78, of Trenton was conducted by Father Clem Dirler at 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday) in St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Trenton. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Litteken died Monday, May 26, in St. Joseph’s/Clinton County Hospital in Breese.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Church, the St. Mary’s Holy Name Society and the Clinton County Farm Bureau.
Born July 9, 1901, in Florissant, Mo., he was the son of George and Wilhelmina Litteken, He and Frances Timmermann were married at Beckemeyer April 19, 1927.
Mr. Litteken is survived by his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Rakers of Trenton and Mrs. Lydia Thouvenot and Mrs. Margie Von Bokel, both of Belleville; 32 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Henke and Mrs. Magdalen Garrett, both of Florissant, Mrs. Frances Miners of Normandy, Mo., and Mrs. Ann Aubuchon of Jennings, Mo.
Visitation was at the Glanzner and Son Funeral Home of Trenton.
