Carlyle resident Mrs. Everett (Wilma E.) Hostmeyer, 58, died Oct. 1st, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.

She was born in Wade Township on Nov. 17, 1923, the daughter of William and Anna Bitterberg. On Nov. 4, 1944, she married Everett Hostmeyer at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Breese, and he survives.

Other survivors include a son, Robert of Breese; two granddaughters; and one sister, Mrs. Gladys Unger of Breese.

Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 3rd, at St. John’s Church of Breese. Rev. John Klueter officiated with burial in the church cemetery.

The Bruegge Funeral Home of Breese was in charge of arrangements.
